The holders can carry a wide range of PICCOCUT inserts.<br \/>\nThe new PICCO BH holders can carry any PICCO insert from a minimum diameter of 4 mm and up, thus greatly increasing the variety to hundreds of different items!!\u2028This large variety enables the selection of a much more suitable solution for each specific application in terms of overhang, corner radius, edge geometry and carbide grade.<br \/>\nThe new PICCO-ACE-BH holders offer additional advantages when compared to the existing IHAXF tools:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Superb accuracy and grinding quality of the PICCO inserts provide higher surface finish, \u2028bore diameter precision and dimensional repeatability<\/li>\n<li>PICCO inserts are more economical<\/li>\n<li>High clamping rigidity, fast indexing and superb repeatability due to the PICCO-ACE clamping<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The new system should increase the sales of both PICCO inserts and the ITS-BORE system.
