This feature considerably increases the versatility of\u00a0the new family by enabling the removal of larger material stock per pass.<br \/>\nAvailable are 32 and 50 mm endmills and 40 to 125 mm face mills, in standard fine and coarse\u00a0pitch tool configurations.<br \/>\n<strong>Tool Features<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Each tool can carry octagonal and square inserts for milling plane surfaces and round insert for profiling\u00a0Ramping down ability<\/li>\n<li>Advanced cutting geometry reduces cutting forces and provides smooth cutting<\/li>\n<li>All of the HOF\/HOE \u202606 tools feature coolant holes directed to each individual cutting edge<\/li>\n<li>HARD TOUCH coated, providing better chip flow and protection from corrosion and wear<\/li>\n<li>The combination of thick inserts with very secure clamping and durable HELIOCTO-06 body cutters ensure effective cutting even under high tooth load applications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ISCAR is further upgrading and expanding the HELIOCTO line with new milling cutters that can carry single-sided octagonal, round and new square inserts.
