NANOFINISH Model SMP1000 is a revolution in processing of automotive transmission, suspension and steering parts. It is built to achieve both SIZE and FINISH in ONE process – NANOFINISH with SIZE CONTROL. Achieving stock removals of upto 20 microns, the machine guarantees output size within ±5 microns, at the same time achieving fine finish values of Ra 9 Nanometers. Combined with Hard Turning Technology available in the market, NANOFINISH with SIZE CONTROL eliminates the need for expensive and maintenance prone Grinding Operations.
Grind Master has developed specialised superfinishing technologies with microfinishing films such as Internal Superfinishing for Crank Pulley, Shaft Twin Coupling. Face Superfinishing for Turbine Shaft, Main Shaft, Gear Pump Shaft, Balancer Shaft. Centerless throughfeed superfinishing for pin and rod type components. These breakthrough and patented technologies will be showcased by Grind Master in EMO Hannover in 2019.
NANOFINISH Superfinishers are Industrie 4.0 enabled smart machines. Equipped with proprietary NANOFINISH control system that provides the simple and user-friendly screen for easy and quick set up change and therefore the machines are very flexible and suitable to handle wide range of parts. The various superfinishing parameters can be easily set on the screen of this system thereby achieving the finishing results at optimum cost.
