Indian subsidiary of Italian tool pre-setter giant, Speroni India is all set to launch ‘Smart Set’, a revolutionary product that can set up the tool automatically. The company will be present at ToolClinic stall HALL F, Booth 167.
At INTEC, the company will be showcasing it’s tool pre-setter machine i.e Magis 400 and tool management solution UBI. In most of the machining scenario tool is the major portion of the and plays the main element in the machine, which is responsible for creating either sort of losses in production like increase in downtime, rejection, rework, delay, etc if case not used properly.
Basically, these tools are loaded manually, which evolves for and whenever there is manual intervention there is a chance of getting an error. Hence Smart Set will help in removing this element by detecting the tool whether it is in the specified, desired limit or not. So, it is exactly giving us the solution of selecting a tool by the system and not to eliminate any manual error.
