FENWICK AND RAVI (FAR) is a leading machine tool company, manufacturer of bar feeders, hydraulic self centering steady rest, zero point clamping systems, angular milling head and other customised work holding machines. Our products are used in various industries such as automobiles, defense, railways, aerospace, machine tool industries, etc. Our products are compatible with all the global giants and being exported to all over the world.
Your opinion about Indian machine tools industry?
Indian machine tools industry is doing great and day by day it is growing. It almost covers the 60% of the machine tools customers in Indian market and few in abroad, due to its low manufacturing coast and high precision accuracy. Today Japanese or European firms based in India, do have Indian made machines, which is the clear positive sign of growing market.
Major end-user industries for your products & services?
Our major customers are from Automobiles, Railways, Defense and Aerospace. We have our separate market intelligence team, who finds all the business opportunities in India and informing to sales team. Our sales team contacting to all the leads and periodically we are reviewing the output.
How is the demand for your products?
We have good demands for our products and at times we are over loaded with the demands. It is happening from last few years due to huge expansion in automotive production, auto components and other engineering sectors in export. Development of aerospace industry is also creating positive impacts on our business.
What are you showcasing at IMTEX 2019
We launched our new Bar Feeder, VF series which is fully automatic. It makes the operator works so easy and help in saving time and cost of production. At IMTEX, our main objective is to showcase all new technologies and products, reconnect with large customers base in India, reach out to new customers and establish relationship with oversea visitors.
