Yamazaki Mazak Corporation (President: Tomohisa Yamazaki, Address: Oguchi-cho, Niwa-gun, Aichi-pref.) has announced the start of sales of the INTEGREX j-200S with second spindle. The INTEGREX j-200S multi-tasking machine has been well received by the world-wide machining industry. By being able to offer a second spindle, its versatility is substantially increased by having the capability of performing continuous machining ? completing 1st and 2nd operation in a single machine setup.
The specifications of the new second spindle are identical to the machine’s main spindle.
Integrex j-200 has 8″ chuck size main spindle with maximum machining diameter of 500 mm. The bar work capability main spindle (dependant on chuck system) is 65 mm with Maximum machining length of 500 mm. The main spindle has maximum 5,000 min-¹ rotating speed with motor output (30 minute rating) 11.0 kW. The machine features feed axes of 450mm, 550mm, 200mm in movement stroke X, z and Y respectively. It also has 20 tool storage per magazine.
